English International Assistant Bill Hague said Wednesday that "all options" should be regarded if the serenity strategy put forth by unique envoy Kofi Annan isn't able to accomplish serenity.
"On 1st Apr, the Syrian program dedicated itself to applying the Annan Plan and on Twelfth Apr declared a ceasefire," Hague said in a declaration. "They have not kept either of these responsibilities."
Hague included that the strategy "cannot be used consistently by the program to perform for time. If the Annan strategy is not applied, we will dispute for a new and solid U.N. Protection Authorities quality targeted at powerful the program in order to fulfill its responsibilities under the strategy, and demanding all events to adhere to it."
He ongoing, "We do not want to see the Annan strategy fall short, but if despite our best initiatives it does not be successful, we would have to consider other alternatives for solving the disaster, and in our perspective all alternatives should then be on the desk."
Hague's reviews came as Annan, the U.N.-Arab Group combined unique envoy, said he was "gravely concerned" about reviews that battling between Syrian govt and resistance causes had increased.
"He is particularly worried about the latest putting in Homs as well as reviews of the use of mortars, choppers and aquariums in the city of Al-Haffa, Lattakia," Annan spokesperson Ahmad Fawzi said Wednesday in a declaration. "There are signs that a huge variety of citizens are stuck in these areas."
The declaration known as for the protection of citizens and required that U.N. experts be provided immediate entry to Al-Haffa.
